A key milestone for FCBAI is the Bakery Fair, a biennial event launched in 2001 that has grown into the premier baking trade show in the Philippines. More than just an exhibition, the Bakery Fair serves as a platform for collaboration, education, and inspiration, featuring workshops, competitions, and showcases that celebrate both tradition and modern techniques in baking.
FCBAI is also a proud member of the International Federation of Chinese Bakery Confectionery Associations (IFCBCA), expanding its reach and influence in the global baking community.
