The Filipino-Chinese Bakery Association, Inc. (FCBAI) and the Philippine Society of Baking (PSB) successfully hosted an intensive training session on the Art of Taiwanese Noodle Making on April 18, 2024, from 8 AM to 5 PM.


Led by renowned Master Baker Chen Hung Wen, the training provided participants with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in traditional Taiwanese noodle-making techniques. This exclusive event aimed to enhance local bakers' skills and introduce them to authentic Taiwanese culinary artistry.


With growing interest in Asian specialty breads and noodles, this training was a valuable opportunity for baking professionals and enthusiasts to expand their expertise and explore new business opportunities.
